AZBTR STATEMENT
Date: August 7, 2025 From: Rachael Collins To: AZBTR Board This is my summary statement to the AZBTR Board. I have had to discover, collect, print, analyze and organize the hundreds of pages of documents I've shared with the Board of AZBTR since i filed my complaint in January 2024, as I was able to find out about and acquire them. The truth of the situation of what Patty Luttrell has done is irrefutably evident and yet I still don't know ALL of it yet. Here's a quick snapshot of the situation I was in before hiring Luttrell that is very material to this case. I am a master degreed ivy league professional who was a consultant to CEO's of large brand name companies and start-ups in my career of 20 years before I was disabled by a drunk driver.
